Orders are shipped out 3-7 Days from the date the order was placed. You will receive a tracking number with your order.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need your order number / email for proof of purchase.

You may Exchange your unused candle and other products of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees of all items.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Used/lit candles and other used products we offered can NOT be returned or refunded due to their nature.  HOWEVER, we will replace products that are damaged during shipping with photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery.
